Harmony “Piece by Peace”

The building of this giant jigsaw will be held over a weekend, where we hope to involve people of diverse ethnic backgrounds to come together and be part of this record-breaking event. Over the course of building the giant jigsaw, there will be cultural and racial harmony themed activities for families to enjoy for free. The event would see attendees various ethnic backgrounds, collecting their jigsaw piece and forming this mega multi-cultural mural.

“Harmony Piece by Peace” is held over 2 days, Saturday, 23rd June 2018 to Sunday, 24th June 2018, at the open field next to Compass One near Sengkang MRT.

The Guest of Honour Senior Parliamentary Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs & Ministry of National Development Ms Sun Xue Ling will grace the event on 24 June 2018 at 6pm.

The completed jigsaw will showcase a beautiful design depicting the interwoven unity of all of Singapore’s cultures, races and religions, and will continue to be on display at the Compass One field for a week. The replica of the completed jigsaw will be presented to President Halimah Yacob at the IRIRHN 2018.
