Harmony Idol

“HARMONY IDOL: DANCE, SING AND UNITE” As part of our yearly Inter Racial Inter Religious Harmony celebrations, we will be organising a multi-cultural event known as “HARMONY IDOL: DANCE, SING AND UNITE”, a competition that celebrates our cultural diversity and showcase the talents among us. The competition is open to people from all walks of life and from various ethnic backgrounds. Members of the public will form teams of a multi-racial mix and deliver music, song or dance performances that are representative of various ethnic cultures in Singapore.

The teams will compete for the top 3 prizes and the winning team may be invited to perform at the Inter Racial Inter Religious Harmony Nite 2018. We hope that the community living in the Ang Mo Kio area can come together to join this event and be entertained by the multicultural performances that celebrate our inter racial inter religious harmony.

The event will be held from 5.30pm to 9.30pm on 30th June 2018, at Ang Mo Kio Central Stage (720 Ang Mo Kio Ave 6, Singapore 560720)

Competition Prizes:
1st Prize: S$3000
2nd Prize: S$2000
3rd Prize: S$800

Registration Criteria

1. Each team can submit only one entry;
2. Each team must have minimum of 5 members;
3. The team must have a multi-racial mix of at least 2 races (for example, Chinese and Malay);
4. The performance must reflect the racial, religious and cultural harmony in Singapore; and
5. The length of performances should be between 6 to 10 minutes.
6. Registration ends on 22 June 2018.
